Rav Julius on Vacation
Rav Julius will be on vacation from December 30 through January 22. He is available in case anyone needs to speak with him, but he will be in a time zone nearly 12 hours ahead of US Eastern. So, it might be best to email your request and then set a time for further communication.
In the meantime, in the event a rabbi is needed, we will have rabbis on call. If you need a rabbi, please contact the Synagogue office, and copy Marty Shapiro and Rav Julius (just in case he can provide assistance from afar).
In addition, Beth Jacob’s Friday night services will be led by Faye Ringel and Michael Gere on January 3, 10 and 17, at the usual 6:00 pm time slot on ZOOM and a ZOOM link will be distributed as we get closer to the dates.
Further, Ahavath Achim in Colchester is welcoming Beth Jacob members to its services, either in person or on ZOOM, on Shabbat mornings January 4, 11 and 18 at 10:00 am, and again the ZOOM link and additional information will be distributed closer to the dates.
